Hi everyone! Sorry that I’ve been MIA for the last week, but I’ve been in the U.S. for the past two days. Two nights ago, I flew into San Francisco from Hong Kong and hung out with my ex Tomato, Paul. We grabbed lunch with our mutual friend, my former co-worker, and his current business partner Tae and talked about (what else?) Korean soap operas and movies.

I’m in Portland, Oregon right now to attend my oldest brother’s wedding. It’s going to be on the beach further south down the coast and then I’ll fly back to San Francisco on Sunday and crash at Mabel and Jessie’s house. About fifteen of my friends (including such alive not dead regulars as Mabel, Matt, Angela, Angelina, Jess, Kitty, Amy) will be gathering at Chaya, the Embarcadero restaurant where Kitty serves as dessert chef! I’ll be returning to Hong Kong on Wednesday morning and then it’s back to working on [alive not dead].
