Man – I feel really lucky to have such good friends… I’m taking a short break away from the site for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday. It’s more difficult these days because I’ve been moving around to different places, first in the U.S. then to Xiamen and finally to Hong Kong – so I really miss my friends. In any case, I celebrated my birthday at the Linkin’ Park concert in Hong Kong on Tuesday. Afterwards, my friends surprised me with a birthday party and cupcakes at Racks. DRANK TOO MUCH – so much so that I couldn’t drink anything when I came to Xiamen, China the next day to celebrate with my Xiamen friends. I leave for Tokyo tonight where I’ll see some of my U.S. friends who are in Tokyo for vacation. Can’t wait!
哦 – 我很幸福！有这么多好朋友 – 我几天要放假，去旅游，过生日。目前感觉因为我最近先从旧金山搬到厦门然后从厦门到香港所以比较难平常看我的好朋友 – 真的想他们！所以我很开心有这个机会去厦门，东京看我的朋友。首先在香港参加linkin park 的也常会 – 以后我朋友让我去酒吧有一个意外生日会。喝了太多–我下一天在厦门不能喝酒因为在香港已经喝了太多。我昨天在厦门跟我的厦门朋友、同事一起过。我下午要离开厦门去东京 – 有几个美国朋友在东京旅游，可以过我生日，Thanksgiving在一起。 很开心！！！

Birthday dinner last night at a new Macau restaurant in Xiamen. Thanks to all of my coworkers in Xiamen for coming out to celebrate my birthday: A Zhong, Xiao Yan, Guangguang, Fanny, Jojo, Jimmy, Miranda, Adia, Jingjing (Wei Lan not pictured).
